These masala sticks are hand-rolled in India on a bamboo core. Each 15 g box holds about 12 to 15 sticks, and each stick burns for roughly 30 to 45 minutes. Use them for meditation, yoga, creative work, or anytime you want the room to feel more open and refreshed.
