Protect is Dr. Ravi Ratan’s blend for the days the air feels thick and you want the room—and yourself—to feel held. Eucalyptus and peppermint open. Tea tree and lemon cut through. Frankincense steadies underneath.

A few drops on a cloth and inhale. A few in the vaporizer. Five or six in the bath when the body needs the same clearing the house does.
