Relief is Dr. Ravi Ratan’s warming massage oil for the places that have gone tight—joints, back, the muscle that will not let go. Wintergreen and eucalyptus open the surface. Ginger, black pepper, clove, and juniper move underneath. Avocado, jojoba, olive, and sesame carry it in.

A few drops only. Slow circles. Up to three times a day.
