How to use Hold the stick over a heat-safe bowl or shell. Light the tip, then blow out the flame so it smolders. Fan the smoke through corners, doorways, and around yourself. When finished, press the lit end into sand or the bowl until it is fully out. The same stick can be relit.

Use in a well-ventilated room. Never leave a burning smudge stick unattended. Keep away from children, pets, drafts, and anything flammable.
